Solg™ Real-Time PCR Series는 genomic DNA 또는 cDNA 로부터 target DNA의 증폭량을 실시간으로 분석하기 위한 제품으로, intercalating fluorescent dye (SYBR® Green I)를 이용한 검출 제품이 있습니다. Hot start enzyme인 Solg™ h-Taq DNA polymerase와 최적화된 buffer system을 적용하여 반응 특이성이 매우 우수하며, primer dimer 및 비특이적 증폭을 최소한으로 억제하였습니다. 또한 안정적인 증폭 효율로 재현성 있는 결과를 도출합니다
